Existing living room has been remodeled into a 2 story space with dramatic loft area. Master bathroom and kids bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with finishes selected by the owner with assistance from the architect. All new electrical and plumbing systems have been put in. New Heating/Cooling system consists of two zones. New hardwood floor have been installed and remaining parts of hardwood floor have been refinished. All new Pella Windows and Patio doors. Painting of new work.
