Project consisted of: a second floor addition from a typical ranch type house in the neighborhood. Existing two car garage was the only part of home that didn't get a complete makeover. Project also involved complete remodeling of areas in the existing home. The living room has been extended into the yard and all bedrooms on the first floor have been converted to more spacious: family room, dining room, den and laundry rooms, Installation of new kitchen stock cabinetry, appliances and custom granite countertops. Master bathroom and kids bathrooms have beautiful finishes selected by the owner with the assistance of a designer. All new electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems have been put in. The Heating/Cooling system consist of two zones: first floor with a basement and second floor. New large diameter copper water lines from the basement and hot water recirculation system. New hardwood floor has been installed and remaining parts of the hardwood floor have been refinished. All new Pella Windows, Patio doors, and entrance doors installed. Owner had hired their own painting contractor.
