Project consisted of: Rear addition of new family room, expansion to the kitchen and breakfast area on the first floor. Master Suite and on extra bedroom were added on the second floor. Expansion of the kitchen included new cabinets, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. Luxurious master bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower and vanity cabinet with two undermount lavatories in granite counter. Two new closets. Also remodeling of two existing bathroom. New electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. New trim work and built-ins throughout the house. New Marvin Windows and better grade vinyl siding exterior.
