Project consisted of: single story addition to rear of the house in order to create new dining room and to connect existing family room with the kitchen area. Existing kitchen has been completely reconfigured and traffic flow has been changed. All new cabinets, granite countertops and top of the line appliances have been installed. A Gazebo has been added with a cedar vaulted ceiling and screen protection below the decking and in the eaves to minimize bug penetration. Custom removable screens have been installed around the entire structure with cedar screen double doors to the garden. Additionally remodeling included installation of skylights, a new patio door in the existing area, remodeling of some existing house areas, painting, sanding floors and installation of new trim work and built-ins. New partial electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. New Pella Windows and Brick exterior.
