Project consisted of: single story addition to rear of the house in order to connect existing family room with kitchen area, creating new breakfast area and expansion of the existing kitchen. Complete kitchen remodeling with new custom cabinets, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. Remodeling and expansion of existing master bathroom with soaking tub, custom tile shower, two lavatories and custom vanity cabinets. Remodeling of two other existing bathrooms was also part of this project. New large diameter copper water lines from the basement and hot water recirculation system. New electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems in the new work area. Painting, sanding floors and installation of new decorative trim work and built-ins in many areas of the house. New Pella Windows and Brick exterior.
