Expansion of kitchen with new custom cabinets, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. Luxurious master bathroom with whirlpool tub, custom tile shower and two lavatory consoles. New large diameter copper water lines from the basement and hot water recirculation system. Two walk in closets. Also remodeling of two existing bathrooms. New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the new work areas. Painting and sanding of floors and installation of new decorative trim work and built-ins throughout the house. New Pella Windows and natural stucco exterior.
