New large diameter copper water lines from the basement and hot water recirculation system installed. New electrical and HVAC systems installed in new work areas. Top of the line Kohler plumbing fixtures and cabinets have been installed. Natural slate on bathroom floor and walls. Rear second floor bedroom has been remodeled. New Pella windows.
