“I have already hired a Licensed Design Professional and they have completed a set of Construction Drawings”
- Leader Builders Corp. will then ask the Architect to forward 5 copies of the Construction Plans directly to our office.
- A Leader Builders Representative will be contacting the customer within 3 days after receiving the drawings in order to carry out a Customer Interview and determine if site visits are required.
- If during this Project Discussion, an Initial Project Scope can be established, Leader Builders Corp. will prepare a ‘Budget Pricing of Project Costs Document’ which will include a Project Description part and a Verbal Description of the Project discussed with corresponding Financial Budgets for all trades to be contracted. This document may be revised by Leader Builders Corp. based on the Customer’s input.
- Once this document is approved by the Customer, an Architectural Professional will be notified and Material Suppliers will be recommended.
- The Construction Contract shall be prepared for the Customer to sign prior to commencement of work. Proper documents required by the Government will be provided like Notice of a Right to Cancel, States Attorney Brochure and Home Repair-Know Your Consumer Rights.
- After the Completion of Construction Drawings, local Building Permits must be applied for (as agreed in Contract).
- A Schedule will be prepared for the Project and Materials will be ordered.
- Work will be started after the Building Permits are received at the time provided for in the Project Schedule.
- The Construction process will be executed according to the Drawings and the Contract.
- At the end of the project a Final Punch list is prepared by the Owner with the Project Manager and final adjustments will be made. Final payments for the Project are collected upon completion of work.
