The Dreamlike Condominium in this Chicago downtown highrise building was a product of two consecutive Leader Builders projects, with the main renovation project completed first and master suite work added about a year later. High design characterized both phases with highly customized stone work, cabinetry, millwork and various types of glass products. Creative partitioning and usage of multitude of lighting arrangements were used.
