Spectacular interiors are hiding behind the traditional façade of this Chicago Lincoln Park home. Wanting to both better utilize existing space, as well as add more, these clients asked Leader Builders to construct an entire second floor and also deepen the basement. The newly installed traditional grand staircase provides access to the new second floor, on which there is a master suite with vaulted ceiling, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The interior design background of the Lady of the house helped to ground material selections, layouts and finishing decisions in deep visual knowledge, and enhanced the professional, clean look.
