Urban Family Retreat on Chicago's north side. The family bought two lots with two homes on them. They have hired Leader Builders to expand one of the houses by building a second floor and rear additions, which combined more than double the size of the original home, creating a wonderful residence in the process. The family lived in the second house during the construction, and after completion they moved to the finished house. The other house was then demolished.
