Kitchens When kitchens are small as far as the amount of space is concerned, they tend to be packed with mechanicals, electrical work and technology. They normally require a great degree of sophistication and planning. In addition to following the design guidelines, all locations of new electrical and plumbing equipment have to be preplanned with great precision prior to installation of walls and drywall. Manufacturers’ specifications and templates are being used to determine these locations inside the walls. Fractions of an inch often matter. Proper planning prevents having to reinstall cabinets and equipment or unnecessarily big cutouts in the interiors of cabinets. Leader craftsmen employ measures protecting existing finishes of the house as well as protecting new cabinets, counters and fixtures that are being installed from dents and scratches. Kitchens that are shown here may be a stand alone project, part of a home addition or large remodeling project or the part of new home. All kitchens shown here have been built by Leader Builders Corp.
