Q: "How do I begin working with Leader Builders Corp. if I need to Improve my House and I have Ideas, some materials selected, photos of similar projects from Magazines, or preliminary drawings but I haven't hired anybody for designing the project yet?"
Q: "How do I begin working with Leader Builders Corp. if I have already hired a Licensed Design Professional and they have completed for me a set of Construction Drawings?"
Q: "How do I make the payments during my Construction Project?" A: When you sign a Construction Agreement for your project a Payment Schedule will be issued. That document typically ties Payments during the Work progress, with the corresponding stages of completion: (i.e.) Payment after Substantial Completion of Rough Carpentry.
Q: "Can I require that construction crews work on certain days or certain hours if I want to?" A: Yes if it is approved by the Project Management Team and is clearly specified in writing on the Contract Agreement. Make sure however to have the site available for work at all times that are not excluded by said amendment. The Work may cost the customer more if crews weren't able to work at certain times during the Project duration (as stated in the Contract) at the Customer's Request, resulting in work which had to be rescheduled. |
